RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your jewellery, however, if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please send the item in it’s original condition and product packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that earrings and ear studs are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene regulations. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings or ear studs purchased online at
Commissioned or bespoke pieces, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request are also exempt from our Returns and Refund policy.
Original postage costs will not be refunded excepting where the item is returned within 7 days of receipt according to distance selling regulations, or the item is found to be faulty upon receipt.
